TCS (Time Card Screen)
The TCS (Time Card Screen) is the default screen when opening an employee record. It displays multiple cards of information for the selected employee. Many of the cards display information that is specific to a pay period, such as transactions or benefit balances. The pay period can be changed from the left pane in the Employee Navigator.
Tip
To access pay periods other than those in the pay period list, expand the list and click Load More.
The Time Card Screen can consist of up to three panes:

The Upper Area is the larger, main pane. Transactions automatically display in this pane. Additional cards can be added.

The two Lower Areas (left and right) are half the size of the upper pane. It is recommended that these panes be used for the information cards that contain fewer details.

When the Transaction Grid view is selected, that is the only card that can be displayed in a pane. This card displays a lot of information and should be selected for a full pane (either the upper area or the entire lower area).

If cards are assigned to only one lower pane, that pane displays in the entire lower area, using the unassigned pane's space.

If no cards are assigned to either of these lower areas, the panes will not display.

The first card at the top of each area is automatically open. Cards can be opened or closed by clicking the card arrow.
