Indicators affecting the termination process
The following indicators affect what happens when the EmployeeTerm scheduled task runs.
Find each indicator by starting here: Configuration > System > Application > search for and open SYS > Indicators. The card where each indicator occurs is given below.

Indicator: SYS Application System Standard 8 (Determines if employee labor distributions are expired by the termination process)
Additional information: This indicator is used to determine if the termination process expires employee labor distributions (with the exception of Auto Labor Distributions and the Primary Home Labor Distribution) as of the termination date.

Indicator: SYS Application System Standard 13 (Determines if employee rotating schedules are expired by the termination process)

Indicator: SYS Application System Standard 23 (Determines if employee calendars and requested calendars are deleted by the termination process)

Indicator: SYS Application SS Solution Standard 2 (Determines if employee schedules and work requests are deleted, and if trades and accepted offers are automatically accepted by the termination process)

N: Employee schedules and work requests are not deleted, and trades and accepted offers are not automatically accepted by the termination process

Y: Employee schedules and work requests are deleted, and trades and accepted offers are automatically accepted by the termination process
When set to Y, supervisors are notified when the employee has trades and accepted offers automatically approved.

Indicator: SYS Application SS Solution Standard 3 (Determines if employee unavailability and recurring unavailability requests are deleted by the termination process)

Y: Employee unavailability and recurring unavailability requests are deleted by the termination process

Indicator: SYS Application SS Solution Standard 4 (Determines if employee bid requests are canceled by the termination process)
Additional information: This indicator is used to determine if the termination process cancels Schedule Incentive bid requests that occur after the employee’s termination date when the employee has the low bid.

Y: Employee bid requests, with the exception where the employee has the low bid, are canceled by the termination process
When set to Y and the Schedule Incentive is set to not auto approve and a terminated employee has the low bid request, the Schedule Bid Request Administrator receives a notification that a terminated employee has the low bid in an auction.

Indicator: SYS Application ED Solution Standard 1 (Determines if employee is removed as an instructor from scheduled classes by the termination process)
Additional information: This indicator is used to determine if the termination process removes an employee from scheduled classes they are instructing that occur after the employee’s termination date.
